How is grammar incorporated?

We encourage teachers to teach grammar in the context of writing. There are many opportunities throughout our core units for direct grammar instruction as students work through the writing process, and we have a full module in our PD training course about how to approach grammar instruction. Additionally, we provide a full Grammar Library that allows teachers to pull resources to focus on a specific grammar skill. We currently have more than 100 skill-based units in the library, as well as a daily grammar spiral review provided for each grade level.
